- Comments inline below. If this is not a technical lead position, I wouldn't include the part about "I led" and "find the right people to get it done". Just a nit-pic: I would use the verb tense consistently -- either all past tense (if it was already done)...

- Thanks Robert! Good catch on the verb tense... all the stuff was made present tense awhile back to make it "active" tense rather than past accomplishments, I didn't realize I made them past tense when I added the "new" stuff for ActiveVideo. I kept the XKL...
