cool feature in LinkedIn

I discovered a cool feature in LinkedIn.

So, you can follow people.  The only way to follow people, however, is to
belong to the same group as them.

The nice thing about this is that if you see someone working where you
wanna work in the job that you want, you can follow that person and you'll
be notified (unfortunately, via the clumsy LinkedIn updates) when that
person changes jobs.  The minute they change jobs, that's when you can
make your move.
