it completely useless... into the vortex the applications went. What changed
everything this time was working with recruiters. Many of them have no power
and no decent contacts, but some can actually get interviews. And lots of
them. If you want, I can send you some contacts of recruiters who were legit
and who were useful for me... though I as a rule ignored most recruiters who
weren't in New York, so I may or may not have the best contacts. But these
people are ambitious and will probably try to place you even if you live on
Alpha Centauri.
