  I assume that low balance means the amount of data left in our plan's limits. On your phone, go to Settings and somewhere under there is Data Usage, or something like that. It will tell you how much data you've used.

    I think amazon.com would be better. It has a bit larger screen. Having a 32GB SSD drive is decent (16GB is a bit tight, in my opinion).

        If you have plain ol' telephone service (POTS), then this shouldn't happen. The phone is hard-wired to the central office (CO), and then to the rest of the telephone system. I would venture that it's unrelated, but who knows?

    OK. In the future, you should probably unplug the laptop and use it in places other than the front room to make sure the battery continues to be hunky-dory. That laptop is a piece of crap, but will probably survive a bit longer with some TLC.
