Got a call from Clipper saying that they will be refunding me on a
pro-rated basis. They think I used the card once, which I didn't. So,
they'll be sending me a check for ~$124.
They also said that I can no longer use that clipper card for doing
autoloads. Glad I made the decision not to use autoload for the time
being.
