So, they said that it takes 30 days for the request for a refund on a
clippercard to be processed.
Since I made the request on June 12, that means I need to call them back
on July 12.
I don't know why the woman I talked to before said that it would take
just 3-5 days. I think the people at Clipper don't know the real rules
and regulations.
