Tim is running the marathon- for a cause

Greetings All,

Tim will be running in the Burlington City Marathon this year. The
registration fee is $95 and he must register by April 1, 2012. The
marathon is Friday, May 25, 2012. (He plans on registering on Friday,
February 17th)

He is running as a tribute to his father, Donald , who has
Alzheimer's. He is looking for donations for both the entrance fee and
to donate to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America (alzfdn.org). Any
funds that he raises above the $95 marathon registration fee will be
donated to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America (alzfdn.org) as a
tribute to his father.

If you would like to donate for Tim's registration fee, please make
checks out directly to Tim. If you would like to donate in honor of
Tim's dad, Donald , please make checks payable to: Alzheimer's
Foundation of America

Please know that once the $95 entrance fee has been raised, an email
will be sent informing you of the same.

As of 2/14/12, Tim has raised $5 toward the registration fee and $45
toward the Alzheimer's Foundation of America. Tim is looking for a
10/90 ratio of registration fee to Alzheimer's Foundation of America
donations.

Following the completion of the marathon, all funds raised as a tribute
to Donald for the cause of Alzheimer's, will be mailed to:

Alzheimer's Foundation of America

322 Eighth Ave.

7th fl., New York, NY 10001

Please know that:

The Alzheimer's Foundation of America is a 501(c)(3) national nonprofit
organization. Donations are tax deductible.

What will the donation be good for?

You will help fund our toll-free helpline with resources and referrals,
respite care grants, grants for member organizations that provide direct
care and support, educational conferences, national initiatives such as
National Memory Screening Day, professional education and training, and
AFA Teens. In addition, through strategic partnerships, AFA funds
research for medical treatment and a cure.

Respectfully,

Flora
