Re: [Sonic #814413] Sonic.net DSL Service Type Change



Two issues:

1) Could I upgrade to Pro instead?
2) When I try to add another order to attempt "Pro" instead, I get this
   error:

    There was an error processing your information!

    Error Message:

    I'm sorry, we were unable to determine your AT&T phone service type for
    your DSL install numberour-San-Jose-phone-number). Please contact Sonic.net support to
    correct this issue!
