I'll add this book to my (very long) list. Thanks.
Recently, I heard the replay of
https://radiolab.org/podcast/the-ecstasy-of-an-open-brain . Not sure I'd
advocate for psychedelic drugs, but an interesting point of view.
Also, recently, I heard a show on the radio about how people avoid
uncertainty and that prevents people from changing,
https://www.amazon.com/How-Not-Know-Uncertainty-Demands/dp/1324089458 .
There are a lot of headwinds to change. Plus, as the Radiolab show
reveals, being able to change your mind is not always a good thing
because, sometimes, you can be deceived into going in the wrong direction.
