I agree that, traditionally, socialists have focused on the lowest-level
workers, but, recently, they have focused on all workers.

But, yeah, it does get tricky since some people are both owners and
workers.  The problems always seem to arise when you try to cleanly
separate the two (in particular, I think Cuba fell into this
contradiction).  For example, Elon Musk does occasionally come up with a
good idea (no doubt, due to all the ketamine he takes ð), but he's
also an owner.  There's never a simple answer.
