Yeah, but it's an OEM.  You cannot do a "upgrade in place"; i.e., it would
wipe out the disk and you would have to reinstall everything and restore
your data from a back-up.
According to this page:
 https://docs.macrosoft.com/en-us/macrosoft-365/enterprise/windows-7-to-windows-10-upgrade-manual
you'll need to run the upgrade from within Win7 itself in order to retain
your applications and data.
I found an old Win10 DVD at work; I'll bring it home in case it's helpful
when we get to the point of upgrading.
