Claire got the offer through.

Apparently, I need to give verbal acceptance of the offer in order for it
to go through.  I haven't done that yet.  Only after that do they send the
offer letter.

Do you think I should tell my boss today?

The offer is at exactly the same amount that I earn now, plus 8% bonus.
