Here's my revised list.
* Not be compelled to work under any particular agreements, including
Nondisclosure agreements and Noncompete agreements
* Be allowed to work from home via telecommuting, as desired or needed
* Accumulate 21 days of vacation time per year and have unlimited sick days
* Have ergonomic equipment, including a keyboard tray and an adjustable
chair
* Receive a portable laptop, according to specifications made by you
* Be offered a wireless data plan paid for by the company
* Have the following insurance premiums paid for by the company:
life (at $250,000), Accidental Death and Disability ($1mil), and Long-Term
Insurance (40%)
* Receive monthly transit passes, for both VTA Express and Caltrain
* Be provided with a gym membership for self and spouse, paid for by the
company
* Be enrolled in a 401K plan, with company matches up to 6%
