console/command-line password manager

I use gpg and the equivalent of gpg-agent to do this.  I have tried cpm
and pwsafe, but there are too many incompatibilities across versions of
Linux.

But, then, I probably don't have strong passwords, which Password Hasher
seems to provide.  It's too bad that there isn't a command-line version of
Password Hasher.

I suppose I should use apg, at least.
