I should emphasize how tricky locking the front door is. You cannot close it all the way to lock the bolt lock (the door and door frame are not aligned). To test whether the bolt lock is locked, try opening the door with the door handle; if it opens, then the bolt lock is not locked and you need to try again. I think you'll understand when you try, but it is important that the bolt lock be fully locked because renter's insurance will not cover any losses if either of the bolt locks is not engaged. I'll probably call you before I show up at your house to give you the house key. What is your phone number?
