· You do not need to present a card to receive emergency roadside service. You 
need only to have an active member number and the toll-free number for 
emergency roadside assistance.

· Your membership is not limited to roadside assistance but includes a variety 
of discounts for other services. Included in your new membership handbook are 
instructions on how to use our exclusive member-only web site for savings on 
travel, recreation and dining. This includes thousands of hotels, restaurants 
and resorts. We encourage you to take advantage of all
our discounts -- especially our distinctive environmental programs. And be sure 
to keep checking our web site www.betterworldclub.com for lots of great 
consumer and environmental content.

· Please note, our rules are similar to those of our competitors: you must 
meet the service provider at your car when it is being serviced or towed, we 
tow you to the nearest qualified repair facility, and we don't do "secondary 
tows" from repair facilities.

Smart Homeowner magazine.  $1 of your membership fee is allocated to this
