We got your CD. It works fine.
I think your CD drive may be broken. But, before deciding that, you
should try to reinstall the driver.
You'll want to go to the Control Panel. Double-click on "System" and then
select the "Device Manager". There should be a CD/DVD menu. Open the
item, and then right-click on the device and do "Update driver
software...". See how far that gets you.
If you have problems with other CDs after that, you'll probably want to
talk to Nerd Patrol (or whatever they're called).
