Work with an Attorney for More Complex Legal Issues
| What is this? | When you have more complex legal needs that require legal representation, you can meet with an attorney to get the legal help you need. You will receive the highest level of plan benefits when you work with a Local Network Attorney (an attorney in ARAG's Network) and he or she will bill ARAG for attorney fees for covered matters. You will be responsible only for non-attorney costs, such as photocopying. | What is this? | If your matter is not fully covered or it is not listed under ?Exclusions? in your plan document (located in the My Resources section on the left of this page if available), you are eligible to receive the Reduced Fee benefit and work with a Local Network Attorney who will provide legal services at a rate reduced by at least 25%. |
