Sorry. Looks like it won't help you. It only seems to measure raw
"movement hours", not non-idle hours.
You could try Cratchit Timetool:
http://www.cratchit.org/download/ttinstall.exe . This is what I use at my
work, but you have to have the discipline to start and stop the clock.
