un-meats high in iron

    molasses/sorhum, dark green leafy vegetables, whole grains, legumes,
    wheat germ, beets, barley, artichokes, garbanzo beans, prune juice,
    and dried apricot

It also suggests cooking foods in cast iron cookware.

It also says (you know this) that you should eat lots of vitamin C to help
absorb the iron.
