I have a few comments
about Mr. Bartilone. He should really be taken out of contact with job
seekers. He's really the most negative, un- informed, un-informative, disenser
of terrible advice of any I have ever incountered at an EDD office. Get rid of
this guy and find someone who really knows how to advise the high-tech
unemployed.
