Actually, I heard it on All Things Considered and even Newshour
mentioned it.  But, it's obvious that the Bush administration doesn't
care since they can dismiss it as a conspiracy theory.  And, actually,
the Bush administration may have miscalculated -- it might have been
better just to let Aristide get murdered by the rebels and then there
would be no questions about the rebels being funded by the Dominican
Republic and so on.
