Both.  He wanted to leave and license some of the code he had written at
my content management company.  The CEO wouldn't have any of it, and Marc
stomped off.  Apparently, he's been building hardware and he claims to
have rewritten portions of his code.

A lot more tenuous (if you can believe that!).  It's way too much
technology and not enough selling.
