The implementation of these commands requires two actions:
   1. Import the attached DDX file into your DragonDictate voice files.
       2. Create a "Switch to DragonDictate" command in your
       NaturallySpeaking voice files.

See the underlined section headings below for details regarding these
   procedures.
   Detail and Usage
The DragonDictate macro import file (MICSWAP3.DDX) modifies the
command [Switch to NaturallySpeaking] to interact properly with
   NaturallySpeaking version 3.
It also adds the command [Back to Natural Word] to your DragonDictate
voice files, allowing easier hands-free use of the Microsoft Word 97
environment as controlled by Dragon NaturallySpeaking. It is assumed
that NaturalWord has already been started from its menu in Microsoft
Word 97 when you use this command.
After following the instructions below to import and create the
necessary commands, you can switch control from DragonDictate to
NaturallySpeaking by saying "Switch to NaturallySpeaking" or "Switch
to Natural Word". Likewise, you can switch control from
NaturallySpeaking to DragonDictate simply by saying "Switch to
   DragonDictate.
Before you use the macros for the first time confirm that the
   following items are properly set:
   1. Run Hands Free must NOT be checked under the Hands Free options
(VoiceMenu | Options | Hands Free) of DragonDictate. This may seem
a bit counter-intuitive but it's necessary. Disabling the Run
Hands Free box suppresses a dialog box which interferes with these
       macros.
       2. The microphone hotkey for DragonDictate should be set to
{NumKey+} and the microphone hotkey for NaturallySpeaking should
       be set to {F11}.

Import the attached DDX file into your DragonDictate voice files.
First make sure that the voice file into which you wish to import the
   macros is the active one.
   1. Select Voice Menu | Tools | Vocabulary manager to start the
Vocabulary Manager (or say "[Bring Up Vocabulary Manager]").
       2. Go to the Vocabulary menu and select "Import..." to bring up
       the Import Vocabulary dialog box.
       3. Select the file called MICSWAP3.DDX (The location of this file
will depend on where you put it on your hard drive when you
       downloaded it).
Once the path is correct, select OK.
       4. Select Voice Menu | Quick Access | Save User to save your user
files. This saves your voice files with the new macros which have
       just been added.

Create a "Switch to DragonDictate" command in your NaturallySpeaking
   voice files.
First make sure that the voice file in which you wish to create the
   command is the active one.
   1. From the Tools menu, select "New Command Wizard" (this requires the
       Professional Edition of Dragon NaturallySpeaking).
       2. Select "Global" and click Next.
       3. Enter "Switch to DragonDictate" (without the quotes) as the
       "Command name" and click Next.
       4. Select "Run a script" and click Next.
       5. Enter the following three lines into the Script field (you can
copy and paste these. They are also included at the bottom of the
       MICSWAP3.DDX file as comments):
       SetMicrophone 0
       Wait 50
       SendSystemKeys "{NumKey+}"
       6. Click Next, then Finish
