mush bug: biff gets confused

I'm having a problem which I don't have in my compiled version of mush.
When I quit, the Debian-compiled version leaves the folder in a state
where biff thinks that it has new mail in there (i.e., the modification date
is later than the access date).  My compiled version correctly sets
both the modification date and the access date to the same thing upon
quit.
