finger-print mismatch

I have the instructions from Anaheim Usenix '97 Conference for getting my PGP
key signed. But, the fingerprint from the userid "http://www.usenix.org/~pgp" does not
match what is printed here. Unfortunately, there is also no date on these
instructions, so I cannot tell you what version of the instructions I have.
Regardless, there is no keyid=969DF939 as specified in the instructions in
http://www.usenix.org/pgpkey.asc.
