My apologies- I thought I had answered you. Last week was like that...

You need the Sheaffer Classic converters- the pistons definitely will not
fit your pens. There is a trick when filling "aerometric" style converters.
Imerse the nib in the ink, press the bar on the converter in once, release,
press again- then let the pen stay in the ink for a few more seconds.
pressing the bar ctreats the vacumn, but you need to give the ink time to
travel up into the converter. Filling it too quickly leaves you with about 4
drops of ink in your converter!
