I emailed her back. Now that I know that she provided images, I can try
to figure out where to find the info on my own. If I cannot find it, I
will set up an appointment to find it.
Now that I know that, from the images that Alty provided, the Fidelity
advisor fee is 0.689%, this has become a low priority item.
