Have you tried reinstalling it? You'll need to hold down the Signal icon
until it starts jiggling and then tap on the "x" to uninstall it. Then,
go to the App Store, search for "Signal", and then install it. You'll
probably need to re-register using your phone number and a QR code upon
bringing up Signal again after reinstalling.
