My sister said:

 [The 0.92%] is for [Fidelity] to manage my account so it's a percentage
 of the total value of my portfolio.  It's an annual fee but it's divided
 into quarterly fees.
 
Alty - are you able to confirm this?  She is worried that this fee is too
high.
