Annual Vehicle Entry Passes
Thank you for purchasing a Santa Clara County Parks Annual Pass. We hope that
you will receive many hours of enjoyment from your purchase. To avoid any
misunderstandings, please review the following rules regarding the use of your
pass: 1. Annual Passes are valid every day from 8:00 a.m. to sunset at all
County Parks. Annual Passes are not applicable for camping, boating
reservations, special park events or other park use fees. 2. Annual Passes are
valid for one year from the date of purchase. 3. Even though your pass
entitles you to free vehicle entry to the park, you must make a full stop when
entering so personnel may inspect your pass for authenticity. 4. Annual Passes
(both vehicle and vessel) are to be affixed to the proper location of the
vehicle upon entry to the park. **Annual Passes for vessels shall be affixed
to the lower left-hand corner of the front windshield (pass shall be affixed
to the inside of the window facing the outside). 5. Annual Passes are
non-refundable and current full purchase price is required to replace lost or
stolen passes. Damaged or unreadable passes will be exchanged at no charge
when the damaged or unreadable pass is surrendered to a park office. 6. Annual
Passes are only valid for parks that are operated by the County of Santa Clara
Parks and Recreation Department (not federal, state or local city parks,
examples: Pinnacles, Henry Coe, or Sunnyvale Baylands).
Annual Vessel Inspection and Launch Pass
Vessel Inspection and Launch Pass – Registered and Non-Registered
1. Pass entitles you to one vessel inspection or launch per park entry unless
otherwise specified on pass. Inspection pass does not entitle the bearer to
skip inspection. 2. Vessels on trailers that pass inspection will be banded by
Park Staff after leaving the water for the day. If band is intact when
arriving for next launch, no inspection will be necessary. 3. Non-trailered
vessels including Stand-Up Paddleboards and Float Tubes must be inspected EACH
TIME they enter Santa Clara County waterways. A dated inspection receipt will
be provided. 4. Your vessel must be clean and dry AND you must have your
vessel registration with you. Vessels registered out of state and all counties
south of the Tehachapi Mountains are banned from Santa Clara County waterways.
5. Inspection Stations are in place during boating season at Anderson Lake,
Calero Reservoir, Coyote Lake, Stevens Creek Reservoir, and Lexington
Reservoir. Please contact the park office for availability outside of boating
season.
UVAS TICKETS MUST BE PRINTED AND PLACED ON YOUR DASHBOARD. Uvas Canyon County
Park has implemented a parking reservation system. Starting January 1st, 2021,
parking reservations will be required 7 days a week. Visitors must now book a
parking spot in advance for a six-dollar vehicle entry fee. The time slot
reservation is an arrival time, not a limited amount of time permitted in the
park. Each reservation is valid for one (1) vehicle for specified date and
time ONLY.
Please make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to arrive within your
ticketed time slot. As long as you are in line within your time slot, your
ticket will be honored, although exact entry time is subject to traffic
volume. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entry and will be subject to
traffic volume. Please have your ticket ready prior to arriving at the park
entrance. TICKETS MUST BE PRINTED AND PLACED ON YOUR DASHBOARD.
Park operations continue rain or shine. All ticket sales are final: no refunds,
transfers, or exchanges. If Santa Clara County Parks closes the park due to
harsh weather or unsafe conditions, you will be issued a refund for the ticket
price.
