I see that the plaintiffs could well lose the case against tariffs.

I really hope they choose Katyal to proceed with the arguments because he
would get a good word in edge-wise against authoritarian power and,
ultimately, lose the case, spinning the economy into a full blown
recession -- a price well worth paying to get rid of this current
administration once and for all.
