unable to register in the Better World Club portal

The latest message from Better World Club said that I should register. Yet, I
am unable to do so. When I click on the link in the email, the email address
field is blank and I cannot change it. Likewise, I am unable to reset my
password (presumably since I'm not registered) or sign-in via my email address (
again, presumably since I'm not registered).
Not sure why it doesn't work. My email address is http://dummy.us.eu.org/robert .
