Fidelity - transfer

Hi Robert, Thank you for catching this and sending the statement. I have a case manager Cheri Yu who will be reaching out with a docusign to submit the transfer, if you miss her call, please call her back at 833-500-1041 X 11733. There should be 3 positions that need to be sold - IVOL, JBBB, JMBS. Cheri will need your verbal consent to sell those to transfer as cash. She should be reaching out sometime today. Going through my messages, it looks like I had contacted you on Jan 22 2025, and I had said that the transfer was going to happen on Jan 28 2025. The email on Jan 22 2025 said that Sharon Harken was going to send me a docusign, and I figured that I must've signed it (I cannot find a copy on my computer) because I don't know how else I could've confirmed the Jan 28 2025 date. In any case, I'm continuing to receive statements from Morgan Stanley with a balance in alignment with previous balances. I tried looking at activity in my accounts and I don't see that any money was transferred from Morgan Stanley. I'ill like to do this. What steps need to be taken to complete this transfer of money from my Morgan Stanley brokerage account to Fidelity? I attached my scanned-in statement in case this is helpful. Thanks.
