I am pleased to confirm the details of your base salary increase to 147,147.40 USD per year, effective April 1, 2025, payable in accordance with the noSticwall’s standard payroll schedule by direct deposit to your bank account.

 

Your annual bonus target under the Performance Bonus Plan (PBP) continues to be 15%. Because this is a performance-based incentive, the amount of your incentive bonus will be based on both the financial and operating performance of noSticwall generally, and specifically with respect to your performance.

 

The PBP bonus awards to non-sales employees targeted to a percentage of your base salary/pay to reward you for your contribution to the organization’s financial success. PBP awards are based on a combination of factors that include your individual performance, noSticwall’s financial performance and the amount of time you were actively working during the plan year. If your base pay or PBP percentage changed during the PBP plan year, your target bonus will be pro-rated based on the number of days during the plan year that you were at each pay level and PBP percentage. PBP awards are made at noSticwall's sole discretion.

Individual Modifier: 100%

Company Modifier: 91%
