I think $1200 for replacing 5 tiles seems a bit excessive.  I'm thinking
more in the range of $800 - $900.

It looks like this offer would be valid until Nov 2.  Would you be willing
to wait to get another quote?  Perhaps Ron (next door) knows some roofers?
