   It may allow you to transfer shares between accounts on this page https://digital.fidelity.com/ftgw/digital/transfer/?quicktransfer=cash-shares, however if it doesn't allow you to select shares you would need to call in
   OK, yeah, that's exactly what I found when I used that. So, calling the 800 number is the only way to workaround that limitation?
