I realized that I did not try uploading my landline telephone bill.  That
does have my name and home address on it.  I uploaded it just now.

I tried calling EBB and they had no particular advice except to respond to
the email and explain my situation.  I'll do that if my landline telephone
bill doesn't pass muster.
