Why?  The last two weeks EBB approved hundreds of families in the south bay. Everyone is looking for a contractor immediately. 

Based on the information you shared and the information available online (1072 sq ft) your price would be $5100 - $5572. I am comfortable providing this price range based on my 20+ years of construction experience and having completed hundreds of Earthquake Retrofits both the grant program and outside.

Naturally, after measuring and taking a closer look I will come up with an exact price. If the price range above meets your budget please let me know asap and I will add you to my schedule. I look forward to meeting you and providing you excellent hand holding service.
