Below's what needs to be done, AFAICT.

 1. Come up with label for diverter.
 2. Customize owner's manual based on Nicholas's attachment.
 3. Take photos.
    a. diverter valve and auto vent
    b. clothes washer set up, fully visible
    c. where you store the owner’s manual
    d. sign that directs how to orient the valve to send graywater to the
       landscape or sewer
    e. pipe leaving the house so I can see the wall’s properly sealed or patched or otherwise secure
    f. "nonpotable" labels of every 5-feet of exposed pipe
    g. 2 landscape photos
    h. close ups of 2 valve boxes with lid open, preferably with water
       running
    i. measuring tape showing that the valve box is farther than 18 inches
       away from the property line and/or from your foundation
    j. the final capped outlet that maintains the full-diameter irrigation
       tubing
 4. Take video.
    a. a walkthrough of your system while it’s running
 5. Fill out greywater checklist.
