Yeah. I see from
https://www.sjwater.com/customer-care/help-information/rebates-incentives
that rebates are available for HOAs, businesses, and institutions, but not
SJ Water customers generally.
I saw that the rebates are generally limited, anyway. They are only up to
$3000 and are only available until funds run out.
