I managed to fixed the internet issue. Apparently, something (a wireless
router?) is broadcasting on channel 11, which is the same channel I had
set up on my wireless access point. They were interfering with each
other. I changed my access point to 6. Now, it works fine.
I assume that they'll need access to the equipment? In that case, they'll
need my cooperation there since it's otherwise inaccessible. I, or my
wife, should be around all day.
