Because.

The UK UHS site says that if it doesn't start getting better after 5 days,
I should visit a doctor.  Not sure how many docs are available this time
of year, 'tho.  (I think it does feel slightly better today; I'll know
more tomorrow, I think, which will be 5 days.)
