Thank you for registering your intent to be a MedCure body donor.

We are currently processing your registration request. Once it is
processed, we will be sending your welcome kit within the next 2-3 weeks,
which will include 2 MedCure donor cards for you to keep. If we need
additional information to complete your registration, if your form
indicates any problems, or if you had additional questions with your
registration, we will be in contact with you shortly.

If you are currently receiving hospice care or have been given a life
expectancy of 6 months or less, we recommend that you call us as soon as
possible at 866-560-2525 to speak with one of our Donation Coordinators.
Our Donation Coordinators are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to
assist you through the eligibility screening process.
