OK, thanks. Since I paid off my mortgage, I have this big pile of money I
need to use. Cost is less important than a quality installation.

Oh, yes, I was definitely intending to get batteries with the install. My
goal is to be off-the-grid, which I expect to be very, very expensive.

AFAIK, PG&E is still pushing for it, unfortunately.
