Dear Robert,

Your texting registration is complete and at no charge to you.
Segway is paying your Registration Fee and monthly service fee.
You may not send more than 200 texts per day to qualify for the Low 
Volume Text rate.
Spam, phishing, sex, hate, alcohol, tobacco or firearms texts are not 
allowed, but you wouldn’t do that anyway.

There is a per-text fee, but it is very, very small. Only 1 penny per 
SMS text that you send; 5 cents for each MMS text that you send. 
Whenever you send a text with an attached file, like a picture, video, 
emoji, or a website link, you are sending an MMS text.
Incoming texts are still free.
