I wonder if some sort of national service would be helpful?

I'm not sure I understand his underlying thesis, 'tho.  Is it that income
inequality creates non-cooperation, or does non-cooperation foster income
inequality?

I have my doubts about a civil war.  Given our aging society

I'm not sure we'll see grandpa digging himself into a fox hole any time soon.
