They never listen to me.  Here's what I wrote to Zoe.

 Banks and big corporations got the vast benefits of the Republican tax
 bill.  In light of the most recent idea of a "stimulus" bill, please
 don't let this become a bailout of the same banks and big corporations
 and companies which benefited from the tax bill.  Instead, limit any
 deficit spending to giving individuals a nominal amount on a periodic
 basis for the next year, say $2000 per month.  This is a far better way
 to keep people afloat during these turbulent times.
