Unfortunately, I don't have all the steps.  The last note that I made
indicated that I called the IT people via BConnected at Cal Berkeley,
they filed a ticket, and the account was restored soon after that.
I should note that they put you through the third degree: they ask for
your student ID number and your graduation year.  So, be prepared.
