Just FYI: I will continue to pay taxes on assumed income from interest on
the loan up to the termination date of the year 2025.
Here's the schedule of assumed interest income:
 $1056.63 for 2019
 $1078.08 for 2020
 $1099.96 for 2021
 $1122.29 for 2022
 $1145.07 for 2023
 $1168.32 for 2024
  $496.68 for 2025
